We want you to love your purchase made with us at The Modern Mini as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes you may wish to return an item for a refund.
We are happy to accept returns within 21 days of receipt (including bank holidays and weekends) so long as the goods are unused, in their original packaging, with all tags still attached where applicable and in a fully resalable condition.
Goods must be back with us by the 21st day. The returns period starts from the first day delivery was attempted. If you return an item outside of the returns period, we will issue you with a Store Credit.
Somes types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include Gift Cards.
Return an item
You as the customer are responsible for all return postage/shipping and duty costs. The Modern Mini will not pay the postage or duty of any unwanted items/purchases unless they are faulty.
All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the product and credited back using your original form of payment. This will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items if applicable). Please allow between 3 and 10 working days for your bank to complete the transaction, depending on their processing time. This can vary between card issuers.
For all returns we always advise using recorded/tracked delivery via your local post office or other courier service. Please ask for and keep proof of postage. Please note posting is your responsibility and The Modern Mini cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in the post.
Please complete the returns compliments slip provided in your package. Please include your completed slip inside the package and return to the stated address. Please make sure you include your NAME, ADDRESS and ORDER NUMBER. Any returns without your NAME and ADDRESS may not be able to be processed.
Should you receive a faulty item, we will arrange repayment of shipping once goods have been returned and received by us.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that damaged items as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
For returns received outside of the stated timeframe, a store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card.
Please read our full terms and conditions in full before making a purchase with The Modern Mini. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
Any queries on orders made via any social media platforms are not excepted. Please ensure all communication is via Email
Sale items: Please note we do not accept returns on items bought in sale periods (Black Friday, Boxing day / January sales etc) unless there is a manufacturers fault with the item. This does not affect your consumer rights.
Special Orders/Customised items: These products are non-refundable unless there is a fault with the product.
Exchanges: The Modern Mini do not offer exchanges at this time
